/&gt;二十多年来第一次验血，怕痛又怕血的我有点怕怕，还好波波在外陪着我壮胆，当显示荧幕跳到89号时，我故作勇敢地走进房，房里每个角落各坐一个护士，共四个，护士旁放着一张大椅子，像看牙医的那种，左边胖胖的，画了一大片蓝眼影的护士招手叫我，听口音应该不是英国人，但不要紧，最重要温柔又技术好，果然，三五分钟就从我右手抽了两小罐的血，针刺进肉不疼是假的，但比我想像的温和许多。Bedford医院效率超高，前后过程半句钟就搞掂，迷了路又遇到友善的神父带路，让冷冷的医院添了一丝温暖。&lt;br align="left"&gt;波波急急忙忙跟来把我拉起来，把我的枕头垫高让我躺着，他那紧张的表情和口吻还持续着，摸我的头，叫我动手脚，手里拿着电话要打999但被我阻止了，我这才了解到原来刚才有那么严重哦，神智慢慢地被风油唤了回来，眼泪也直流不停，心想如果醒不来怎么办，还是这是中风的前兆，望一望钟，凌晨三点三……&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br type='text'>海南鸡饭</title><content type='html'>来自中国海南岛的白切文昌鸡饭，或源起于新加坡的海南鸡饭，哪个才是真正的海南鸡饭，对我来说不重要，味道好还比较实在，至于谁比较厉害只有真正吃过的人才予置评。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;马来西亚的海南鸡饭比比皆是，各师各法，档档的味道大不同，鸡肉新鲜滑嫩是最基本的条件，而另外明显的分别就是饭和淋鸡的酱汁，具备以上好条件的鸡饭档不多，但也不难找，应该试5档就会中1档吧！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;在英国，没有kampung 鸡，更甭说现买现杀，这里超市卖的鸡种分为三大类：普通，谷伺（corn fed)及走地鸡（free range)。谷伺鸡和走地鸡的价钱是普通鸡的双倍，最奢侈的就是谷伺走地鸡，比普通的鸡肉贵多三至四倍，而肉质当然也是和价钱等值的。便宜的，贵的，各有所途：煎炸烤用的，普通鸡就可以了，而贵的就是清蒸滚汆的不二选。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;自己在家做菜最好走中庸之道，别寒酸亏待家人的胃，也别餐餐上等材料大鱼大肉，这才称之家里的味道！ &lt;br /&gt;&lt;div /&gt;最近做了个小小实验，把差点扔掉的葱起死回生。用玻璃杯做个简单的温室加上水与阳光，那几根差点死掉的葱竟茁壮生长，如下图。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: type='html'>时间可以冲淡一切。。。这句话很好用，如果当某某朋友遇到不如意时，又不想喋喋不休地安慰他时，自认为只要轻轻拍他的肩膀，说一句‘时间可以冲淡一切’，就无声胜有声了。但，当自己经历过了，证明‘针刺不到肉，不知痛’，就领悟到事情发生后，无论说什么怎么落力安慰，旁人也无法体会当事人的痛。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;所以，一直以来都不喜欢安慰人也不喜欢被安慰，心情低落时只想独自静静的流泪，流完了就倒头大睡，睡醒了又是一个好女。从小到大都是如此，总把不开心的事情自己往肚里吞，跟家里报喜不报忧，但，这次的大哭有点吓坏了家人，当然他们明白其中的原因，不多说，只默默地守候着我。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>西冷牛扒</title><content type='html'>来到了英国后才慢慢开始接受吃牛肉锯扒，到现在自己煎牛排。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;在外面稍微好一点的餐厅吃一客8安士西冷牛扒（8 oz sirloin steak) 最少得花上十来磅，而自己到菜市买一块上好的牛扒才£3-4 ，只是得花少少时间和心思而已。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我喜欢吃3分熟（medium rare)，里面带粉红的牛扒，既是刀切下去时还有血溢出来的那种，口感超好，虽然我身边的那位仁兄到现在还接受不了这种吃法 :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;a 在07年07月07日的当天，爸爸56了。幽默风趣，心境开朗的爸爸看起来比实际年龄年轻，而且很像笑佛，相信见过我老爸的人一定很认同我的说法。&lt;br /&gt;今年的牛一，爸爸想像以往一样约齐大中小姑姑一块儿到外晚膳好好地庆祝一番，善忘乌龙的老弟还买了一家人的戏票去看“变身金刚”(Transformers)，谁料人算不如天算，妈妈的叔叔刚好在这一天嫁女儿，得去到彭亨州的文冬喝喜酒，由于爸爸不想得罪咱家的老佛爷（老妈子），由原本的十万个不愿意，最终也得乖乖地顺从了。（说真的，到现在为止，我还搞不清楚办喜事的叔公到底长何模样，对，就是这种可能十年才会碰一次面的远房亲戚，难怪我们的二十四孝老爸兼老公心不甘，情不愿地把他的牛一送了给那一对新人。）&lt;br /&gt;身在他乡的我，除了提前寄上我的爱心贺卡与祝福语之外，我还在爸爸生日当天和朋友们去了玩保龄球及溜冰以示庆祝，嘻嘻。。。&lt;br /&gt;无论如何，庆祝也好，不庆祝也罢，我们几个做子女的，心里面最清楚只要我们平安无恙，开开心心，孝顺听话，父母就心满意足了。如今最难搞的弟弟已经毕业投身社会工作，妹妹也快高考然后进大学，父母看到我们个个学有所成，他们也都倍感欣慰。&lt;br
