ABC汤
My family's all time favourite!
材料:排骨/鸡骨,马铃薯 (2粒),洋葱头(2粒),番茄(2粒),红萝卜(1条)
把全部材料切块,倒进锅里加入清水,开大火煮滚,转小火。
煲2-3小时,越久越出味,加少许盐调味,上桌。
PS: 嗜辣者可加胡椒粒炖煮,或上桌前加少许胡椒粉。
