中西荷兰薯片
材料:荷兰薯(2-3粒),干香菜 aka. dried parsley (optional)
荷兰薯去皮,切薄片。
中火热牛油/橄榄油,薯片铺平锅,慢煎两面至金黄色。
上碟后滴酱油搅匀,撒上dried pasley 点缀。
