冰糖雪耳炖木瓜
燕窝滋阴养颜人人皆知,雪耳(银耳/白木耳)也有异曲同工之妙,人人负担得起又环保,更是二十五岁后少不得的营养滋补佳品。
材料:雪耳,木瓜(小型),红枣(2粒),冰糖
开一锅水,放入雪耳,木瓜和红枣炖约两小时,最后加冰糖。
PS: 雪耳隔夜浸水发透。
